Scholarship Program

The intent of the APWA Western Pennsylvania Chapter Scholarship Program is to reward merit as demonstrated by (1) academic excellence, (2) extracurricular activities and (3) employment experience (if applicable). Financial need is not considered when determining merit. The Chapter Board of Directors will award up to two scholarships to eligible applicants. 

Applications not meeting all eligibility requirements will be disqualified. No exceptions will be made. 

Note: Scholarships are offered through individual APWA chapters, and the award amounts and eligibility requirements may vary from chapter to chapter.
