The Western Pennsylvania Chapter covers the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington, and Westmoreland.  The Chapter takes part in activities such as the annual Equipment Show & Seminars, technical sessions, awards, scholarships, and networking events. The chapter partners with other professional organizations and collaborates with local municipalities to provide educational and training opportunities for public works professionals throughout the region. Topics focus on regulatory compliance, grant opportunities, skills building, awareness training, and cost-effective and sustainable solutions for public works operations, maintenance and engineering technologies.
